Paid Consulting and Sourcing Services

If you engage Echaoui or China Easy Sourcing directly for paid consulting, sourcing agent introductions, or other personalized services, refund terms (including any deposit and cancellation conditions) will be specified in the written agreement or invoice for that engagement before work begins. Because these services involve direct time and effort, work already completed is generally non-refundable.
